Viral Content Buzz Success Story: How to Revive an Old Site

Here’s a real-life case study of mine on how Viral Content Buzz helped me to revive my abandoned site and generated some good traffic for it (especially compared to what it used to be):

Viral Content Buzz traffic

The project generated a couple of StumbleUpon shares through ViralContentBuzz and then got its natural likes from random SU users.

Some important conclusions from this case study are:

  • Don’t depend on ViralContentBuzz as your only source of social media love: VCB aims at giving your article its initial push; the ultimate goal is that your content is high-quality and viral enough to spread on it own;
  • Go ahead and grow your connections: Follow and thank everyone who shares your stories.
  • Think long-term and learn. Of course, there’s no way each of your articles will go viral but you can use VCB to learn which of them has the good chance to and then do more by either buying ads or doing a more time-consuming blogger and influencer outreach.

Good luck!

    Hey Ann,
    Great idea.
    But can I ask you something? What if people use fake profiles (Twitter,G+,Facebook,Stumbleupon) to gain more credits and promote their content? That’s not a Win-Win game. Right? I’m not saying that VCB is having people like that right now. But what if it happens? Shouldn’t you guys be needing a Fake Terminating team?

    What do you say?
